PM Services is owned and operated by Nigel Bell who has more than 30 years of property experience at a senior level in both the UK and Romania. The company was established in April 2011 and provides a one stop shop to land and property owners who need a development management or asset management solutions.

Our clients are largely overseas investment funds, high net worth individuals and Governments. For example we manage the Swedish Governments assets in Romania and provide development management services to Network Rail in the UK, which includes development appraisals and project delivery.  At all times we seek to improve the value of our clients existing and new assets by providing a high quality service to recognised western standards.
