Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Science at The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s Graduate in Economical Engineering.  Specialization in labor low, accredited project manager and trainer. With several years of professional experience in HR, since 2007 Irina is managing the local office of VAPRO Romania, a consultancy company part of the Dutch group VAPRO International. Currently Irina is leading a team of young and dynamic consultants specialized in European funding and other grants for private organizations. VAPRO Romania is an active member of different Chambers of Commerce like the NRCC, AMCHAM, CCIFER, AHK and also COALITIA pentru Dezvoltarea Romaniei (CDR).
