Charles Crocker is currently the CEO of the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce. Charles has been working as a business entrepreneur for over 20 years in Romania and the Region. He has developed many teams and businesses and led them from start up to exit, including regional expansion, acquisition and strategic partnerships. Some of the businesses included DPD, Achieve Global, Barnett McCall Recruitment, Gi Group and Frontline Resourcing.

Recently Charles has been working as a consultant supporting new companies to enter the Romanian market and working with different organizations on their Human Resource priorities. Charles is a strong advocate for business ethics, legacy leadership, clear succession planning, people development and meritocracy.
