Alexandru Balasescu

He received his Ph.D. in Anthropology at the University of California, Irvine, and he is the author of three books with themes pertaining to material culture, technology, and society. They draw from his extra-academia experience not only in healthcare industry and automotive, but also state administration, and cultural diplomacy. The fourth book, upcoming at Springer Nature Editions, tackles the AI revolution in conjunction with Climate Change, and proposes a humanist, anthropological approach based on understanding nature, culture and technology as tripod structure that organizes human life.
